Gitisi Technical Secondary School is not a hazard project but for common understanding of Women who have decided themselves to help people particularly youth and women to find where to study different options commonly called trades in present days. The spirit of making that school has been presented by one wife to her neighbors and has been appreciated by all team and then after making a first board minute they have decided to meet themselves another day discussing for association members ,workplace ,name of the same association and where to find funds for establishing the same school. One week later another board meeting has taken place and all participants were there all points of views have been discussed and agreed to call it Centre de Formation de Métiers de Gitisi in long and C.F.M.GI in short. Participants were sixty (64) and Adventist Church of Rwanda Gitisi Church has facilitated them helping in the case of handing over to them some classrooms in kind of workplace. It was certainly in 2002 where the School started with two options which were Masonry and Tailoring and the school has so many inquiries for registration but few were selected due to the size of workplace. Association members have collected all possible capacities for helping those people in one year training here we can note that they should be financial, moral or Physical ones. Gitisi Technical Secondary School is not yet young but big one as demonstrated by the following title: II. Executive Summary Everyone or thing is born or made for growing up and the project of A.F.E.PRO.F could not only stay at the same situation of being given where to work for free even homes and only two options as mentioned here above but could also find other different sources which could help it to make perfect their Non Profit Project here we can say that eight classrooms have been built under the Jumelage Rhénanie Palatinat. The school has built other classrooms and halls using other different sources of revenues and fourteen (14) classrooms which are in the perfect way and other seven (7) which are still being constructed. Gitisi Technical Secondary School has also helped itself to build a school hall, offices, Garage ,Culinary Arts and Masonry workplaces, dormitories ,Kitchen ,hand washes places and other specific materials used in the schools like it in management of daily wishes of trainees & trainers needs.
