Danny Nanone Lights Up Gitisi TSS with an Unforgettable Youth Talent Show

Gitisi TSS community was filled with excitement and energy as Danny Nanone, one of Rwanda’s most celebrated artists, hosted a massive Youth Talent Show. The event, themed Gitisi Fest, brought together students, youth, and community members for an afternoon of music, dance, and creative expression. The show was free entry, giving everyone a chance to be part of this unforgettable celebration of talent. From the moment the stage lit up, Danny Nanone set the atmosphere with his powerful performance, electrifying the crowd with his music and engaging presence. His passion for supporting youth talent was clear, as he encouraged students to showcase their creativity and pursue their dreams.

Gitisi TSS Rugby team, Advances to FEASSA After Dominant Win Over BURERA

The Gitisi TSS Boys Rugby Team has earned a well-deserved ticket to the upcoming FEASSA Games after a dominant and thrilling 65–0 victory over the BURERA Rugby Team in the final match. This outstanding performance not only highlighted their skill, teamwork, and dedication but also brought immense pride to their school and supporters. As champions, the team is now focused on preparing for their journey to Kenya, where they will represent their region with high hopes and strong determination.

RUVUGABIGWI Alphonse Shines as MVP of Rugby Tournament

In recognition of his exceptional skill, leadership, and outstanding performance throughout the tournament, RUVUGABIGWI Alphonse was awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) title during the recent Rugby competition. His remarkable contribution on the field played a key role in Gitisi TSS's success, earning admiration from coaches, teammates, and spectators alike. The MVP award not only celebrates his individual excellence but also reflects the spirit, dedication, and talent that define the Gitisi TSS Rugby Team.

The end of the week of Prayer at Gitisi TSS, 41 students were baptized.

At the end of a spiritually uplifting Week of Prayer at Gitisi TSS, a total of 41 students made a life-changing decision to be baptized, publicly declaring their faith and commitment to Christian values. In a heartfelt ceremony, each of them received a baptismal certificate, symbolizing their new beginning and unity in Christ. This special occasion marked a powerful moment of growth within the school community, as the newly baptized students were warmly welcomed as members of Gitisi TSS, embracing a shared journey rooted in love, faith, and spiritual transformation.

We were joined by various guests suchs as; President of IBUKA in Gitisi cell, Executive secretary of Gitisi cell, President of IBUKA in Bweramana sector, Mayor of Bweramana sector Director of Education in Ruhango District (DDE) who was also the guest of honor.
